Today i will be taking you to see some amazing accommodation which cost JUST 7000 baht a month even though its high season in Phuket.
The Accommodation is called Pongsinee House and is situated on a quiet Soi called Soi Sermsuk between Chalong and Rawai just of the main Wiset road opposite the large Makro food supermarket and Tesco lotus which means, of course, there are great facilities close by.
Electric and water are charged separately.

If you are looking for a great base to go of and explore the island of Phuket at fantastic value this is hard to beat and well worth checking out.

I have never seen a big difference between the walkin price and Agoda or Booking.com price. 
But today I saw a big difference. I booked Jasmin Guest House through Booking.com. The price of a double room was 409 baht (13.3 USD). And the walkin price was 750 baht (24.4 USD).
Jasmin Guest House is on Pattaya Beach Soi 12, Thailand. It is near Mike Shopping Mall and the beach.
