Scheduling your Microsoft To Do Tasks in Outlook
Do Tasks retrieve tasks from your MS Planner? If not, then how do you do the same scheduling in outlook from Planner? thanks
I can't seem to do any of this on outlook on MacOS
How to do this on the Desktop apps??
my issue was with to do app, is that i was getting tasks on the planner, but i kept adding own tasks to do, causing me feeling like out of control with what actually needs to be done. Planner, unfortunately, doesn't allow you to schedule by hours, and you can't have recurring tasks, which is weird since you can do them in to do. I just find MS system quite confusing. Why not having to do and planner as one app, which would allow to add/assign tasks in a list view and calendar view at the same time?
Thanks
I think it should sync automatically. Maybe in future – lets hope.
Hello, nice video. I use Microsoft's todo extensively and It is my main way to add tasks for projects and whatnot. I wonder if I can just have a calendar view of all my todos in this app. It would be great if you had a button within TODO that was a calendar view. I do not use outlook, but is it possible to see what is already on TODO's app in a calandar view that shows you week view and month for a more broad perspective on what is happening? Thanks for any insight. If I have to sync TODO to a calendar for this can it be done with the provided calendar app in windows or must be Outlook for example?
can you not use To Do on Outlook desktop app?
This is the answer to my productivity challenges. I need to start using the outlook online app. Thank you 👍😎🇦🇺
Is there any way to do this ‘todo to event switch’ on iOS. Thanks.
Wooooww!!! Thanks Dude!!
Hi Matt, I have a query. In case you connect your gmail account to outlook web, these to-do options are not available then. Is there a way around that? (Same problem with desktop Outlook as well)
We all need people in comunity like you. Thanks you so much!
Hi Matt! These are nice and straight to the point short useful videos on your channel! Amazing work, please keep up! I also like the thumbnails of your videos, I can clearly see which app you are talking about. Question on the topic: this feature is available on Outlook webapp and Outlook app, do you know anything about Calendar app (the modern one that comes with Mail and Calendar)? Can I do the same things in that app?
Hello, Thanks for the video. Very interesting. A question, when I move a task or flagged email in the outlook calander , it's not updating the myday in to do. Is that correct? And it is not shown in planned either.
Hi Matt, You alone will realise how excited this makes me!
This is great, but tasks are not synced in calendar and to do. When you complete a task in To Do it is still unchecked in Calendar and vice versa. Is there an option for that?
Thanks for your vidéo. Did you know how to use multiple account on the Outlook online ? I always have error when trying to connect.
Matt, I started watching your content as they are short and straight to the point .. keep up we do need such content. Cheers
Great video. I'm glad to see that you can do this via Outlook in the Cloud now. This feature has been available in Office I think for several years. Also I don't much different between the Web version of Outlook and the App, but that might be personal preference.
Nice video. But I didn't see that option in my outlook Web for my office 365 account. Does it need any setting to be done or any permission?
