These footages were taken in 2017 when I was an exchange student in Nagasaki, Japan. Because of the lockdown (covid19), I have time to go through the footages I took before. Looking back, this was really a memorable experience for me so I decided to upload it here as a good memory and to share it with anyone who’s interested in doing an exchange in Japan too (or anyone actually :D).
I made this video having a well known Japanese cartoon, Crayon Shinchan as an inspiration/theme because it’s kind of like the beginning of how I grew my interest in Japan that led me to go exchange there.

📒 สูตร ชีสเค้กญี่ปุ่น
ครีมชีส 190 กรัม
เนยสดจืด 30 กรัม
นมสด 50 กรัม
แป้งเค้ก 25 กรัม
แป้งข้าวโพด 15 กรัม
ไข่แดง 3 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ขาว 3 ฟอง
น้ำตาล 60 กรัม
น้ำมะนาว 1 ช้อนชา

วิธีอบ
1.อบไฟบนล่าง 140 องศา 20 นาที
2.หลังจากครบ 20 นาที แง้มประตูเตาประมาณ 30 วินาที เพื่อให้อุณหภูมิลดลง
ปรับเป็นไฟบนล่าง 110 องศา อบต่อ 60 นาที
3.หลังจากครบ 60 นาที ปรับไฟเป็นไฟบนล่าง 150 องศา อบต่อ 1015 นาที
4.ครบเวลาปิดไฟเตาอบ นำน้ำออกจากถาด แล้วนำพิมพ์ขนมไปวางไว้ในเตาต่ออีก 30 นาที
โดยที่แง้มประตูเตาไว้เล็กน้อย

Today I’m sharing with you How to Make Fluffy Japanese Souffle Cheesecake Recipe step by step. Do you like JAPANESE CHEESE CAKE? Leave me a comment if you do,

JAPANESE CHEESE CAKE RECIPE
📒 Ingredients
190 g Cream Cheese
30 g unsalted butter
50 g Fresh Milk
25 g Cake Flour
15 g Corn Starch
3 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
60 g sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
How to bake
1. Bake the top and bottom heat 140 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. After 20 minutes, ajar the oven door for about 30 seconds to reduce the temperature.
Adjusted to the upperlower fire 110 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.
3.After 60 minutes, adjust the fire to the upperlower fire 150 degrees and bake for 1015 minutes.
4. Complete time to turn off the oven Remove the water from the tray. Then put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
With the stove door a little ajar
