Major cryptocurrency exchange Binance added support for Australian dollars (AUD) and Thai baht. Binance announced support for the national currencies in separate releases on Jan. 7. Thai digital asset exchange Satang Corporation will process Thai baht transfers, while Australian dollar transfers will be facilitated by Banxa, a company specialized in internationally compliant fiattocrypto gateways. Satang’s fiat processing service is integrated into Binance’s trading platform by means of a recently launched application programming interface that allows users to deposit and withdraw baht directly to their accounts. Satang CEO and cofounder Poramin Insom said that the collaboration will help the adoption of digital assets in Thailand. Binance noted that its partnership with Banxa also lets its users access faster fiat transfers with the Australian dollar, euro and British pound. Supported payment methods include bank transfers, bill and retail payments, and credit cards. Banxa CEO Holger Arians noted that the service also “takes care of all regulation, compliance and chargebacks.”Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said he believes that the partnership will be beneficial given the prevalence of fiat currencies and the need for means to transition from fiat to crypto:“We believe fiat will coexist with crypto for a long time to come. More than 99.9% of the global money supply is still in fiat and we need to continue building bridges to enable easier flow into crypto. In 2020, we aim to add support for all 180 fiat currencies.”Binance, the secondlargest cryptocurrency exchange by 24hour trade volume, has been actively adding more fiat currencies to its platform. Earlier this month, the exchange also announced that it will offer euro trading against six cryptocurrencies. In late December, Binance started allowing users to buy crypto directly through Visa credit and debit cards after adding support for the Japanese yen and the Canadian dollar earlier that month.

Thai people’s FAVOURITE country in South East Asia?

For a while now, this channel has received quite a lot of viewers from the South East Asian region outside of Thailand, in particular Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. DOLLAR THAI BAHT Exchange Rate 1981-2019

THAI BAHT US DOLLAR Exchange Rate 19812019
If you travel to Thailand in 2019 you will see that your money isn’t worth as much as it used to be. There have been years with fabulous exchange rates. And by fabulous I mean you got more than 40 Baht for 1 US Dollar. 2019 is different. 2019 is worse. Some people consider canceling their annual Thailand trip because it is too expensive. That’s bad for tourists, bad for tourism, bad for Thailand‘s economy. And the media covers that issue intensively. But is it really that bad? I mean: Is the current exchange rate the worst ever? To find out the truth I checked the data of the Federal Reserve. That’s the central bank of the United States of America. The people of the Federal Reserved provide us with every Baht/Dollar exchange rate since 1981. As this video is uploaded on the last day of november 2019 I checked the exchange rates of every last day of November since 1981. And then I made a little visualization in Adobe Photoshop to show you how the exchange rate has changend over the years. I bet you will be surprised…
