Very clear explanation of how to archive. My C Drive was getting full, so I followed your instructions and archived 7 GB of emails to the D Drive. Unfortunately, I didn't see any reduction in the space being taken up on the C Drive. Did I do something wrong?

Im using Office 365 cached mode (12 month) on outlook, but I have emails older than 4-5 years. I did that, but the file stop. So now, I am doing it manually. I have to click on "view more emails" go to first emails, select a few and right click move to the folder in the new archive.pst. The problem of this is that I guess that the email I am seeing is not downloaded in the PC. So when I move them, the process is really slow (I guess it is using the internet data). If I select more than 50 emails it can collapse. Is tedious, but at least is working and I seeing how my mailbox exchange size which was almost full, now is freeing space.
