Rock Domain Climbing Gym is the biggest indoor rock climbing gym in Thailand with the area of 1,100 square metres, over 30 spots and more than 100 routes for climbing. It took 1 year to build this whole place. For those who love challenge and want to try a new sport, I think rock climbing can be one of your best choices.
Finally, I am here. Man! For those of you who are interested in fitness, overall wellbeing, being healthy, being strong, body building… this is the place for you. And if you guys climb this for one hour, it can burn up to 800 calories. Whoa!
Err…Ah… Whoa! Don’t look down man! My god! This is enough. Not so bad. No, that was just a practice, now is time for the real deal! I’m going to climb with my eyes shut, I can do it, really I can do it. …Any time now.
No need to hurry. Just take one step at a time. Man! I think I’m going to go down now. Now sir! It’s scary!
You know… for someone who is scared of height like me, I didn’t think I’d get up to… I think I’d get up here. No seriously, it’s a lot easier when we have an instructor to tell you step by step on what to do.
It’s really not that hard, it’s a great workout. When I was up there, I was like ahh… like out of breath. But you can take a rest, just let go, and you can rest a few minutes until you get your strength back and you can keep on climbing again. It’s really fun, good exercise, great workout and it’s not as scary. I think I’m going to try that one over there because the incline is a bit hard for a beginner like me.

Rock Domain Climbing Gym เป็นที่ปีนหน้าผาจำลองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย มีเนื้อที่ 1,100 ตารางเมตร มีมุม การปีนมากกว่า 30 มุม และมีเส้นทางการปีนมากกว่าร้อย เส้นทาง ซึ่งในเวลาในการสร้างที่นี่ถึง 1 ปี สำหรับใคร ที่ชื่นชอบความท้าทายและอยากลองกีฬาใหม่ๆ ผมว่าการปีนผาก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจไม่น้อยเลยครับ
แหม! ดูสิครับ ไม่ธรรมดาเลยนะครับผมว่าใครที่ชื่นชอบการออกกำลังกาย ชอบการใช้พละกำลัง หรืออยากมีกล้าม ใหญ่แบบผม ต้องถูกใจอย่างแน่นอนครับ และที่สำคัญ ใครที่กำลังมองหากีฬาเพื่อลดน้ำหนักอยู่ล่ะก็ ผมแนะนำการ ปีนผาเลยครับ เพราะสามารถเผาผลาญได้ถึง 800 กิโลแคลอรี่ต่อชั่วโมงเลยครับ
เมื่อสักครู่เป็นการซักซ้อมครับ ตอนนี้ถึงเวลาเอาจริงแล้ว ถ้าให้ปีนขึ้นไปเฉยๆ อาจจะง่ายไปสำหรับผม งั้นผมจะขอ ปีนแบบหลับตา ผมทำได้จริงๆ นะครับ
ไม่ต้องรีบ ทำไปทีละขั้นตอน… โอ้…ผมจะลงล่ะครับ มันน่ากลัวอ่ะ
สำหรับคนกลัวความสูงอย่างผม ผมไม่คิดว่าจะขึ้นมาได้ถึงตรงนี้ ผมว่าผมปีนได้แค่ตรงนี้มากกว่า แต่เอาจริงๆ นะครับ มันง่ายกว่าเยอะเลย เมื่อเรามีครูผู้สอนคอยบอกเราทีละขั้นตอนว่าต้องทำอะไรบ้าง
มันไม่ได้ยากขนาดนั้น มันเป็นการออกกำลังกายที่ดีมาก ตอนผมอยู่บนนั้น มันเหมือนกับ… หายใจไม่ทัน แต่คุณสามารถหยุดพัก ปล่อยตัวสบายๆ พักสักแป๊ปนึงจนกระทั่งคุณมีแรง แล้วค่อยๆ กลับมาปีนต่อ มันสนุกมากเลย เป็นการออกกำลังกายที่ดี และไม่ได้น่ากลัวอย่างที่คิด ผมคิดว่าผมจะไปลองปีนตรงโน้นดู เพราะพื้นที่ลาดเอียงตรงนี้มันยากไปสักหน่อยสำหรับผู้ที่เพิ่งจะเริ่มต้นแบบผม
