What is an adjective? – Basic English Grammar

What is an adjective?
(A simple explanation about this Part of Speech)
We look at how an adjective generally describes a noun and gives us more information about something.
We learn about simple word order with adjectives:
Adjective + Noun
To Be + Adjective.
We use a cute green monster as an example as well as a happy girl.
We then look at how adjectives only have one form (they don’t change before singular or plural words) and we end with a practice exercise where the viewer needs to say which word is an adjective in a simple phrase.
