What if I cannot find my emails after I have hit complete merge? I don't have an "outbox" in outlook and they do not appear in sent.
Sometimes we need to send customized certificates as attachments to multiple participants
can we do this with outlook?

When I go to insert maerge field it does not give me the option to insert the fields at the top of the columns….is there something in particular I need to do to those cells? Other than just write in them?

Hi. The tutorial was very helpful. I just have two questions.
1. I have one personal Microsoft ID, and another Work ID provided from my educational organization. When I did the mail merge 1st time, the emails reached to students from my personal ID. How to fix this?
2. There are multiple outlook in my Laptop. One is integrated 'Mail app where both my IDs are sync, second is outlook app with office, and third is MS edge browser. Now I don't know which application was used to send the mail by MS word, when I sent the emails to my students as mentioned above.
Please guide. I will be thankful.
Another amazing video, Kevin. I've been watching quite a few of them lately and have a somewhat 'different' query. I work on a team and I have access through my account to send emails on behalf of each team member, but no access to their inbox (so no password etc. to be able to plug into outlook as a different default account). Do you know if there's a way to do a mail merge with this setup so that the message appears to come from each of my colleagues? I tried googling but the answers weren't as good as your videos so… 🙂

this works without adding pictures . I want to add individual picture to individual email address but after i add it to excel sheet and when i import that data into microsoft word suddenly the mail merge option is not available anymore i really want this to work any havent found any luck on the internet all the videos are about how to mailmerge with out without pictures but thats only good for a printout not for mail . Do you know anything about it ?
