What's this suggestion good for? You simply mention what everbody already knows (settings, Windows Startup control). And what obviously does NOT work for this stupid Bittorrent program, as all the other comments demonstrate.
Inrerestingly this nasty startup habit started after I opened BT for the first time in months (i.e. after several Windows10 updates). Only after that call the program will now start on its on on every boot of Windows, despite deactivation of Autostart.
The problem lies far deeper than you think and 'fix' here, probably somewhere in the registry.
Windows needs 'freeze' functionality like Android to overcome these shitty program flaws..

The "solution" in the video will not work. The problem is the peer to peer network hidden deep in the latest Windows 10 updates. In an effort to save bandwidth resources, W10 opens your PC to allow update uploads to other PC's outside of your network. Their P2P binded to some torrent software and exposed this practice.
