Basic Neutral Wardrobe Why I Stick To A Minimal Style
A lot of people have noticed I almost always wear neutral colors.
// Why I love neutrals //
1. Timeless
2. They look higher end
3. Preference. I just gravitate to them in everything: wardrobe, home decor and makeup.
// Why you should have a color scheme //
You don’t have to stick with neutrals to have a color scheme yourself.
1. Getting dressed is so much easier, especially if you’re short on space.
2. Having a color scheme makes buying clothes easier to decide and justify.
3. It means you’ve curated your wardrobe. You were intentional! You knew what you were doing when you bought that piece.
// How to pick a color scheme //
1. Evaluate your closet for colors you wear the most.
2. Look through photos of you wearing different colors, and be honest about how you feel in it.
3. Pin outfits you really like. See what colors repeat in your Pinterest board. Delete pins outside of the color scheme.
4. Narrow down your closet.
5. Use a color wheel to understand what colors go together, or use a color palette generator online.
6. Once you build your closet in that direction, you’ll feel more enabled to experiment adding a new color to your curated closet.
7. Throw out the rule book and choose whatever color scheme makes you confident and happy. 🙂

Minimalist fashion focuses on simple outfits with a neutral color palette. This is a great style for anyone trying to improve their style but doesn’t know where to start. Due to it’s simplicity, all of the pieces you would buy for a minimalist wardrobe can be worked into many future outfits you create that might fit into other fashion subgenres.
Note: I decided to try something a little different here. The video essays I was making before took a lot of time to plan and create. I want to produce content more regularly, so I’m going to try releasing shorter tutorials about specific types of fashion. While these won’t be as “polished” as the stuff I was previously releasing, I should be able to release more regularly.

What a pretty and sweet girl you are! My question: what does a minimalist woman wear for swimwear (bikinis, skinny dipping, etc), and lingerie (natural fabrics baby dolls, sleep in the nude, etc)? Two wardrobe overhauls, one of swimwear and the other of lingerie will be fantastic, especially since you have the pretty face and chiseled and curvy body for it.

When you make videos on meditation, stress free life, simple, slow living it's very believable. But you don't look authentic being a minimalist. I see so many things in your house, you wear so many different clothes and there is always make up on you. Maybe you are just getting started for now… You still have a lot of things to give away for sure..

You don’t live in London I think. We have 20 seasons in a year. Just for my nightwear, I have full sleeve top, 3/4th sleeve top, half sleeve top and sleeveless top. And same for the trousers. Let’s talk about outwear, short jacket, Mac and trench coat for rainy days, tweed jacket for in between seasons, wool coats, fleece jacket, running jackets….It’s different when you live in a tropical country. It’s difficult to be a minimalist in London.
