BANGKOK LOS ANGELES This is my first time traveling internationally on an airplane since before the pandemic began. We flew from Bangkok to Narita to Los Angeles on ANA (major Japan airlines) Business Class. So in this video I’ll give you a full flight review and tour, and mainly show you all the amazing Japanese food on the flights.
Our first flight was from Bangkok to Narita, Japan and it took about 5 hours. We were served an amazing Japanese food, more like a kaiseki meal. When I woke up from a nap, they came around and took our snack order and they had a few things on their menu that you could order at any time. Something I was desperate to order was their Ippudo Ramen, a very well known Japanese ramen brand. I’m happy to report the ramen was the best sky ramen I’ve ever had in my life, amazing.
One the second flight, it was from Bangkok to Los Angeles, USA and we were first served dinner. Dinner was a multicourse amazing kaiseki Japanese food meal, including appetizers, and the amazing main course of sukiyaki and salt cured mackerel. Then we were served breakfast, again a delicious Japanese food.
Food on ANA business class was fantastic, service was outstanding, and really great flights. It’s an honor to have an opportunity to travel at this time, and to travel on business class on ANA.
Thank you so much for watching. And by the way, I’ll be in the United States for a little while, any suggestions about where to go in the US for the most amazing food experiences?
Thank you for watching and hope you’re having a great day!

50 NTD Coin of Taiwan – Value and History

The New Taiwan dollar TWD is the official currency used in Taiwan. Formally, one dollar (圓) is divided into ten dimes (角), and to 100 cents (分), although cents are never used in practice. The New Taiwan dollar has been the currency of Taiwan since 1949.
There are a variety of alternative names to the units in Taiwan. The unit of dollar is typically informally written with the simpler equivalent character as 元, except when writing it for legal transactions such as at the bank, when it has to be written as 圓. Colloquially, the currency unit is called 塊 (kuài, literally \”piece\”) in Mandarin, 箍 (kho͘, literally \”hoop\”) in Taiwanese Hokkien, and 銀 (ngiùn, literally \”silver\”) in Hakka.
The Central Bank of Taiwan since 2000 issue the New Taiwan dollar. While the Bank of Taiwan issued banknotes prior to 2000, it was also the de facto central bank between 1949 and 1961.

Central Bank Governor links NTD appreciation to FDI, denies currency manipulation motives

An influx of foreign capital has been behind the Taiwan dollar”s recent appreciation, according to Central Bank Governor Perng Huainan, who played down suggestions that his bank”s monetary policy was aimed at avoiding US charges of currency manipulation. In an extensive questionandanswer session at the Legislature, Peng also resisted calls for him to swap posts with Premier Lin Chuan. Central Bank Governor Perng Fainan appeared for questioning in the Legislature, where lawmakers were calling for him to take over for Lin Chuan as the nation’s Premier. Perng, though, whose term ends next year in February, insisted he would end his civil service career at the Central Bank.Perng also faced questions on whether he had deliberately allowed the New Taiwan dollar to appreciate by nearly five percent against the greenback in order to avoid the US listing Taiwan as a possible currency manipulator. Perng Fainan Central Bank Governor The New Taiwan dollar has strengthened over this period because of a significant influx of foreign investment into Taiwan. From the beginning of the year up to now, Asia has seen about US$5 billion in net foreign investment, US$3 billion of which has come to Taiwan.Stirred by economic concerns over counterfeiting, DPP Legislator Gao Jyhpeng again floated a proposal to redesign the nation’s currency, but Central Bank Governor Perng was clear in his thoughts on the plan.Perng Fainan Central Bank Governor It would require six years at a cost of NT$50 billion. But the New Taiwan dollar’s anticounterfeiting measures are already fine. The pictures on the notes emphasize education, sports, and technology, and the designs on the back demonstrate environmental awareness. I think there’s no urgent need for a redesign as of right now. It was an extensive questioning for Taiwan’s longest serving Central Bank Governor, who maintained he would leave government next year despite calls for him to join the Tsai administration.
