OMG Thank you thank you thank you! I tried so many websites and Microsoft to fix my outlook email as I could send but not receive and you guys fixed it! It was the rule thing as it was set to make all email as read when received and they went somewhere. It's now working. I was trying to fix this for 3 hours and did it with you in 2 minutes!!
